Professional Summary:

I am a researcher with an M.Sc in Population Geography at the department of geography, University of Nigeria Nsukka. My research interests are in the areas of: migration, gender violence, risky behaviours, mental health, livelihood and family dynamics. I have a couple of publications in these areas as I enjoy using my skills to solve problems and contribute to a sustainable development in my environment.


I won William and Flora Hewlett Foundation Travel Grant in the year 2019 and Africa-German Network of Excellence in Science (AGNES) Mobility Grant for Junior Researchers in the year 2017. Furthermore, I have also worked with Health Policy research group, Viable Knowledge Masters (VKM), and UNICEF on issues concerning vulnerability, social inclusiveness, child abuse, child vital registration and teachers’ absenteeism.…
