Professional Summary:

I have postgraduate degrees in demography/sociology from the Oxford University and Australian National University respectively, with extensive experience in China's population and family planning program. Prior to joining the UNPD, I worked with the Australian Bureau of Statistics for over 5 years with deep knowledge of principles and practice of official statistics.
