Professional Summary:

 

Chukwunwike N. Nwangwu is a Sociologist with specialization in Social Demography. Currently, he is a Ph.D student with the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka (Unizik), Anambra State, Nigeria. His areas of research interests are mostly on fertility, mortality, reproductive health and sexuality related issues. His continued interest in reproductive health propelled his Ph.D. thesis titled: “Socio-Cultural Factors Affecting the Prevention of Human Papillomavirus amongst Women of Reproductive Age in South-East Nigeria.” Also, he has experience volunteering with NGOs on gender issues, HIV/AIDS and reproductive health.
