Ebenezer Lemven Wirba holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bamenda-Cameroon. He is a Scholar under the CODESRIA Academic College of Mentors program. He is a researcher with the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Council for the Development of Social Science Research in African (CODESRIA) and Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP). Wirba has successfully undertaken a course on Policy Impact Evaluation co-organized by the Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP) and the Department of Economics, Universite’ de Laval, Canada. He has also served as a reviewer for African Development Review. Wirba has published papers in reputable peer reviewed journals. His research interests are in Food security, poverty, Inequality, labour market issues and impact evaluation.
