I am from public health and gender background. I have advanced training on Monitoring and Evaluation in dynamic health environment from Royal Tropical Institute (KIT, Amsterdam) to sharpen my Monitoring and Evaluation skills. My development experience centres around conducting monitoring, measurement and evaluations focused on gender and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) issues (including family planning, child marriage, violence etc.). I bring around more than 9 years of experience of working in international and national research organisation in conducting policy and program evaluation that aim to improve SRH rights and gender equitable outcomes. I have demonstrable experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and analysis using statistical and qualitative packages including SPSS (bi-variate and multivariate analysis) and Altas.ti. I have developed M and E frameworks, and led writing various research reports and papers (published in international peer-reviewed journals), and have also presented in national and international conferences.
