Yovani holds a PhD in Population studies/Statistics from Makerere University. In addition, he is a graduate of Statistics and Demography. Yovani has strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative; a sampling expert and an M&E advisor.
Currently is the UAPS East Africa representative to the council. A senior Lecturer and an international researcher
