Postdoctoral Research Scholar – sustainability transitions, development, and wellbeing

The IIASA Population and Just Societies (POPJUS) Program is looking to recruit a postdoctoral researcher for the Social Cohesion, Health and Wellbeing (SHAW) Research Group to work on the "Sustainability Performance, Evidence, and Scenarios" (SPES) Project (project duration January 2023 – December 2025).
The successful candidate will have a strong quantitative background and will support the project team with the empirical analysis of drivers of sustainability transitions and resulting implications for wellbeing using international micro and macro level data and innovative statistical and econometric methods. Furthermore the candidate will support the development of scenarios that are suitable to assess future sustainability transitions and to understand enabling and disabling factors and policy implications.
