I am working as a consultant at UNICEF Bangladesh since June 2024, where I am providing technical assistance to a national level survey. With more than 13 years of experience in this field, I am passionate about using rigorous evidence and informed investments to accelerate progress and improve the lives of adolescents, youth and their families around the world. My core competencies include survey design, data management, program management, and social research. I have used various statistical tools and methods to analyze data, generate insights, and inform decision-making for multiple publications, reports, and presentations. I have also taught Statistics courses at three universities in Bangladesh, sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of researchers. I hold an MA in Statistics from Ball State University, an MS in Statistics & an MBA in Finance, and a Diploma in Population Sciences from the University of Dhaka.
