Professional Summary:

I am a demographer as well as a statistician. I enjoy learning about data science and its application in the development sector. I recently completed my Ph.D. from the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, focusing on Child Undernutrition in India. My affinity lies in Sampling and Statistical analysis. My Research interests include Demography, Social Sciences research and Public Health. Formerly, I have worked in the area of Maternal and Child health, Gender and Data quality. Previously, I have worked as a Data Analyst Consultant in Population Council, New Delhi, and interned at The INCLEN Trust International, New Delhi. Both are international, non-profit organisations that conduct collaborative, multi-disciplinary studies on high priority social and global health issues. My aim is to hone my research skills and be part of something that leads to betterment of people.
