Professional Summary:

Professor Wright is a Physician by training. I obtained my medical degree (MB ChB) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife and a Master of Public Health degree (MPH) from University of Lagos. Also, a fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and Community Medicine of the National Post-Graduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Paediatric Nutrition from Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM). 

As Professor in the department of Community health and a Public Health Physician, my core professional functions include teaching medical undergraduates and postgraduate students, research on health- related matters and provision of health care services.

A member of several administrative and health systems management committees at university, state and national levels of the health and education systems of Nigeria who provides technical expertise through research for evidence-based decision making, trainings and evaluation processes on reproductive and child health, Infectious diseases and global Health.
