Revista Brasileira de Estudos de Populacao - Rebep

Paula  Miranda-Ribeiro is the new editor of Rebep - Revista Brasileira de Estudos de Populacao, a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes population related papers in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Rebep is 35 years old, which means it is a very well established journal with a long tradition in Brazilian Demography and now aims at making the journal more visible internationally. 

The website will soon have a new look, but you can find more about Rebep in English on Scielo (still with the previous editorial board) or in Portuguese only on the Rebeb website (with the current editorial board).

Repbep accepts original articles, review articles, research notes, technical notes, book reviews, and points of view.  Beginning in 2019, Rebep will no longer be printed. It will have a single annual electronic volume, and the papers will be published as they become available.  

The editor hopes you consider Rebep as one of the possible venues for publishing your future work!  Please feel free to share this message with colleagues and students who you think might be interested.
